When you request pricing or contact Prua, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, work email, company, role, WMS and message. We also collect basic site analytics and security logs.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your request, assess product fit, operate the website, prevent abuse and improve Prua. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Prua uses infrastructure and software providers to host the site, operate the product, secure credentials, send email and understand aggregate site usage. They process information only for those purposes.
Retention and access
We retain enquiry information while it is useful for the business relationship or required for legal and security purposes. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information.
